On January 19, Direct Benefits Group, LLC, automatically, and without my prior consent, deducted $39.95 from my checking account. I called my credit union to get more information and they provided me with a toll-free phone number. When I called Direct Benefits, there was absolutely no option that I could find in order to talk with a real person. However, there was an option for unscribing to their service, whatever it is.
I want MY $39.95 deposited back into my checking account NOW.
