I had to call customer service because, time Warner put $150.72 on my credit report! I didn't get anything by mail saying I owe them. The customer service rep (stephanie) " I'm 630 days "late on my payment when I only had this cable ffor a little over a yr. So I ask Stephanie who do I need to talk to so I can paid this so I can get this off my credit. To make a long store short. I had to talk to five different people at Warner! To get the collection company they use! The manger was a bitch! She didn't care it's on my credit. I told her the customer service reps wasn't knowledgable especial Frank! She got a attitude and kept saying is this all u needed. Thanks and have a nice day! And that you will get a survey on the customer service a 8 thru 10 would be great! Is time Warner for real!!!
