Sent wrong Item and chagred me shipping both ways and restocking fee

I ordered a keyboard from the web site and they sent me out the incorrect keyboard. I informed them of the issue and they were willing to take the item back so I paid for shipping back to them and when they received it back they refused to pay for shipping and then charged me a 15% restocking fee, i went from having paid $82.39 for a product to paying an additional $9 and change to ship it back and got back $50 from them and only in store credit.
