I ordered a keyboard from this company for a laptop computer. The merchant sent the wrong part (the wrong part was in the box), then claimed that I ordered the wrong part, so they refused to issue a refund. I ordered a keyboard, and the item I received in the box did not match the part number ordered. They must have picked the wrong item from the warehouse, as the paperwork was correct, but the physical part was wrong. I returned the item and the merchant would not refund shipping, nor a 15% restocking fee, even though their policy states that they will provide a full refund if they make a mistake. I disputed the charge with my credit card issuer, and the merchant lied and said that I told them I ordered the wrong part to get an RMA number. As a result, the dispute was not resolved by the credit card issuer. The company continues to refuse to refund the charges.
