Clearwire is the WORST internet that I have ever used.
I first began using Clearwire at the end of and it was all right. It wasn't perfect by any streatch, but it was still ok.
Over the next few months, though, the internet became slower and slower with each day.
Finally, after 3 months, it wouldn't even connect. The tower that recieves the Clearwire signals wasn't able to find any signals.
We contacted Clearwire customer service with our problem, and they somehow determined over the phone that there was a problem with the tower. (How Convienant to blame it on the tower)
They had us send the tower back, and for almost a month we were without internet, waiting for the new tower to come.
The new tower was the same story. It lasted longer, but it has gotten progressively slower, and it's about to give out like the other one did.
People, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CLEARWIRE. It is as slow as dial up, the recieving antennas are not worth a crap, god forbid you bump it against a wall, something's bound to break off, and they have to be replaced every 6 months to a year.
I cringe every time I hear a clearwire commercial. They claim to have super fast internet with no issues. Whatever.
These people shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves an ISP.
