I purchased a knee brace from painreliever.com and followed their measuring policy to the leter and ordered the size brace they prescribed for the measuement given. The brace did not fit. They are charging me a 20% restocking or inspection fee, and not refunding my shipping, furthermore, i am responsible for the return shipping. If i exchange the item, i am still responsible for the return shipping and the shipping charges on the new item. I could understand these charges if i had mismeasured or ordered the wrong size or product, but i didn't. I did everything according to their guidelines and still got screwed in the end. I paid 57.70 and i will be refunded 37.00 and i have to pay the 15.00 or 20.00 to ship it back to them. When i explained my situation i was told, " that is the policy, you can accept it or sell it personally". Their customer service are sorely lacking as well as their business practices.
