I saw a withdrawal on my bank statement from Comm-Services, LLC for $9.95. This is supposed to be a DVD rental company&I do not and never have rented a DVD online. I have called my bank and checked out all usacomplaints.com about this company. I have called Comm Services and could only reach their 'answering service' who only wanted to take my name and phone number for them to call me back. Bottom line, this is a scam. You must cancel your credit card and fill out a card holder dispute form. I made copies of all the consumer complaints to include with the form.
How did they get my card number? I also made a purchase to HomeBrands.com back in July and when they never sent the merchandise, I canceled my order. So I did a search for HomeBrands.com with resellerrating.com which confirmed to me that this is a scam. Gave this into to my bank as well.
I also called Comm-Services back trying to order some DVDs. The 'answering service' again wanted to take my name and phone number. When I asked if I could order online, they gave me journeysales.com as the site for their company. I tried to connect with this address online—you either get a "connection is untrusted" message or "Error 403-Forbidden" message. Gave this info to the bank as well.
