Yesterday I received an unsolicited DVD in the mail from Comm-Services LLC. No paper work was included. I checked my credit card statement on line and found they had debited my acount $9.95 a couple of weeks ago. I found a website for them and found that if you signed up they would send you a free DVD every month with you only paying for postage and handling. I did not order this service. I sent an email with no response, placed a phone called that was answered by an answering service... No response. I have notifed my bank and will return the DVD as instructed on their internet site and see what happens. I also filed a complaint with the New Jersey BBB. My main concern is where did they obtain my personal information including my credit card number in the first place?
