After seeing a year's worth of charges for Easy Saver, from a ProFlowers purchase, I got online to find out what it even was. That is when I saw this site with the hundreds of complaints. Since it seemed that many people reported they the company would actually credit the charges, I called 800-444-9491 and calmly requested that they credit all of the charges, which they agreed to do. Then I called my credit card company to report this. They asked me if I had anything in writing, email, or even a reference number, which I didn't. So they called Easy Saver for a three-way call, and we got the credit reference number. So my message is, make sure you get it in writing plus the reference number. Otherwise, you have only a prayer. I learned this lesson from an encounter with AOL several years ago. How is there not a class action suit against Proflowers and Easy Saver? How do they stay in business operating this way? Good luck.
