I have tried to log in online to use paperless statements for Time Warner Cable. I live in Texas. I cannot make the site work. This company charges. 99 for paper statements! But we really dont have much of a choice on how we pay if the site doesnt work! I dont suggest phone payment either, you could be on hold for days with these folks! Uugghhhhh..
