I hired Dan the owner from Caincorp.net to come over and fix my computer that was slow. He came over, went through it and a few weeks later it crashed. So I called him to come over and fix it. He got here and said he needed to take it back to his house. I called him and asked him to recover everything he could since I had not done a recent backup. I had some tax files and some open invoices from my construction business that had not been backed up yet. Dan insisted that he could recover everything. His turn around time to have it back was in three days. It took almost three weeks! His first impression was good. He did quality work, so I thought, for a great price. The second was not so good, he took forever to get my computer back and it came back blank. Our company lost a job because it took him to long to get my computer back to me and my designs for the job were on my computer.in the meantime he was supposed to come over and install some spyware on my new laptop. The guy comes over with a gun strapped to his person. With my wife and one year old son in the house!!! He makes it look like he does some work, "finishes" and then takes the money. He then proceeds to tell my wife that he forgot his installation cd for the software, and that he will send it in the mail. The guy came over, did nothing took the money and we can't get a hold of him! He won't answer his phone or his emails. I called and left him a message saying that I just need a reciept for the work he couldn't even send me that. No answer or return call. I have called him a million times and sent numerous emails to this company. It goes to show what type of business this guy runs. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
