Faulty product/Customer service sucks

Bought a Desktop Pavillon Elite HPE from HP website 4 months old has been back to HP 2x and it just crashed again. Multiple problems have refused to give me a refund. Can not talk to anyone state side get INDIA and they have you basically do the work by taking all programs off and trying to fix it. I am not a repair person and do not get paid to fix computers. Just got the P.O. S back hooked it up tried to recover my backed-up programs (would not recover) then the CPU fan failed again, (one of the many problems) the CD bay would not open and the computer crashed. Tried calling the special # HP sent the last time 1-888-586-7727 and got voice mail. I would like to take that computer and throw it in the street. At least I have my Fujitsu laptop. I will never buy HP again. Do not deal with them...
