Computer was running slow. Saw Speedypc PRO on the internet so i called. These people said i needed to download QRESOLVE if i wanted my computer to work at it's best. So i let the tech on all three of my computers and he erased and changed all kinds of things. After he finished the computers worked pretty good until i shutdown. The next day it take 20 minutes to login into my computer. I called Qresolve and another tech login to my computer and said my anti-spyware and something else could'nt work together, so he erase one of two and the computer starting find. The next day it was about 25 minutes to login, so i called again and at this time i was tried of the whole deal and ask for a refund. The person on the other end of the line said he would get his superviser for me, but he was tied up with another customer said i would get a call within 24 to 48 hours. This person did'nt call so i called back, this time they said a superviser would call back in 24 hours but did'nt call. On the 11 th day of april i called again and this time i would not take no for any answer and the superviser said he would refund the $279.99 but i would be charged $50 for everytime they worked on my computer. He wanted me to paid $150.00 before i would get any refund at all. I don't think i should paid anything. I can't help the software these people are selling does'nt work. Submitted by Timothy Brand
