I have been scammed by an online service, in your city Twcs. Ihired them and paid them all the money I had. They told methey would complete this in a month, but never finished altering my shoppingcart (website) program. Every month they demanded more money than was agreedupon. My website doesn't work properly now, and they didn't do the things Ihired them to do. I want my money back and them arrested. I am not the onlyperson they have done this to. After delays, and lies, the first being in orderto do this, we need more money, the other lies, someone keeps taking down ourwork, (but they are the only ones with the password), the third lie was, ohthis shopping cart program can't be altered.
