Upgrade refusal

I had Direct T. V for internet and T. V, for little over 4 months, Consolidated smart systems did the install they sucked then and suck now...
One 40 dollars for installation, yeah, right.

Anyways, I consolidated last week if I could upgrade my receiver since I bought me a new HD TV, they said yeah for 99.00 dollars and 0 for installation, I said, what..

But your offering new HD receivers to new customers, they said, now I had to pay over 130 dollars for it..

I then called Direct T. V, they send me back to consolidated because only they could access the codes or stuff like that...,

I played music calls for a whole day... Between Direct t. V and consolidated...

I got tired of the musical calls, so I told direct t. V, theyhad a poorly set up business with cosolidated and it was sad, when a customer could not upgrade equipment...
With them and they had to send me to a third party...

I will be dumping direct t. V thanks to consolidated and switching to DISH
I welcome the change...
