I have been a customer with DirectTV through Consolidated Smart Systems since Oct 09. Every since that day its has been a nightmare. I signed up for the 150 channels for 29.99. Every month my bill is a least 150-200 dollars. When I call the customer services team they seem to know nothing but transfer to Direct TV. I changed my phone and address with them many times and still have the same problems. When i was able to speak with a Rep they informed me that I have been charge for 2 packets and had the wrong address once agian.instead of saying I will fix it I once agian get transfer to Direct TV. The Rep at Direct TV had to do a conference call to them so they understood that i was over bill for services and this need to be fix. The rep then asked them what is her amount she owe to keep services going. The rep informed him $110 and she will have a credit of 154 for her next bill. I pay the 110 on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning come up and my services was cut. I called the Rep again and was told that there none of the information that was spoken about on Friday of last was in the system and once they did find it I owe 45 plus 75 for them to reconncet services. When asked to speak with the supervisor i was place on hold for 20min. Once the supervisor got the phone she stated that there's nothing that can be done.

I realy don't care for them. Thye have the worst Customer Services I every spoke with. I myself who work in Customer services for over 10 yrs expected more.
