I was prompted by my Norton 360 that I needed more online storage. When I clicked on the button to buy the storage, the Norton 360 online store came up and prompted me to choose which storage I wanted. When the transaction cleared my bank the transaction name was REALGOLDSOFT BAKU.
I called Norton twice to ask about this transaction and was told both times that there is no record of my purchasing the online storage from Norton. I don't know who this realgoldsoft baku is and have not been able to find a phone number or website to get any information from. I purchased the product for 69.99 and my account was debited for 99.90.
I did get the additional storage and so far all is well, except that I cannot afford the 99.90 at the time and wanted to downgrade to the 29.95 product, but I cannot get ahold of anyone who can help me at this time.
