I opened my bank account online early 08/14 and discovered the Norton Software charge of $143.09. This is an unauthorized charge against my VISA card. I do not use Norton products. I did not contact Norton. I was not contacted by Norton by mail, by email, by phone, or by any other means. Yet, the charge is present on my account.
