I had been attempting to reconnect with Symantec chat-room, when redirected to Norton.com/link me, where I had been aimed to Geeks by Moment. Used to donot understand it wasnot Norton. I requested the technology to repair my Symantec issue that we thought he did. I was disapointed to locate the issue was not solved and that I was billed $161.19 a $40.00 (?) on my bank card. I requested the technology at "Geeks'" quantity to pay my costs and was informed to get hold of Norton. I did so go back to Symantec to possess my item fixed and requested them to return my costs when I got them via Norton. I had been informed by Symantec/Norton this was a 3rd party cost plus they could not perform a factor for me personally. Symantic/Norton explained to request "Geeks" for that reimbursement.
