Symantec Norton Anti Virus
Sold a program to me that doesnt work with the product key they provided

I purchased the physical norton antivirus disc brand new from best buy. After using it for 6 months then having to reload it I was informed by norton that my product key would have to be repurchased yet again for $39.99. I paid for it once already and own it, therefore should not have to pay yet again
