I purchased anti virus protection on Feb 4 from a Norton Anti Virus website. The transaction was completed and $39.99 was billed to my debit account. 2 weeks later, Norton deducted an additional $54.99 from the same account and stated " Annual renewal" on the transaction. I hve been trying for days to speak to a live person and can not reach anyone. Sooooo frustrated!!!
