On Oct 11 I order a norton key because I lost the original code for the norton antivirus software. The order page stated its only 39.98 for the basic norton sercurity key however once I entered my banking acct info and press submit the confirmation came up and said thank you for your purchase of $79.98 Norton charge me twice for the key I immediately tried to contact them and they only left me on hold for 30 mins and once they pick up the call was drop so I contacted my bank and to my surprise they reverse the charge but Norton wrote back and stated charge back is not possible because there's no refund I'm stuck with only one key and a extra fee please donot purchase anything online from this company
