Efused to send rebate check

I submitted my refund data twice. 1st notice stated I ommitted one necessity that was not correct but I delivered a photocopy of it. 2nd period mentioned the full time ended that was not correct. Additionally the modem didn't function. It had been associated with a Comcast present via Bridgevine.
