I was sold the wrong part for my computer. It won't work in my computer. I called the company and after being on hold and switched to a different person 4 times, I was told that I could not return the part. I love my Dell computer, but they sure hire some stupid people. I guess when it is time to buy a new computer, it sure won't bea Dell. How stupid of them when it is the fault of the sales rep. For a mere $60. Now I won't purchase another dell.
