I bought a copy of Dazzle DVD Complete from COMPUSA last fall. The product had a $50.00 rebate, Which I filled out and submitted. I received a e-mail back from the company saying that I had not submitted the BAR code.
I then called them about this issue, because I still had the box with the Bar code removed. I asked them if I could send them a copy of the box, but they said that it was to late and that I had no recourse.
