I actually had dial up service with Juno for a short period of time. I decided to cancel that service. I called Juno customer service and after speaking to 2 different reps, was told that my account would be cancelled and nothing else would be charged. They told me they would be sending me some anti virus software. I told them not to do this as I wanted nothing else to do with Juno. They sent it anyway.
All of a sudden I noticed charges from my checking account which caused overdraft fees. I called Juno and they did reverse the charges and promised they would never charge anything again but refuse to refund overdraft fees. They won't even send notification to my bank explaining this was an error so the bank can reverse the charges unless they see my bank statements. I don't think they need to see my statements.
