Microsoft Corporation MSN Microsoft And Juno Advertising rip off Juno placed on msn.com of Microsoft We

Juno or Juno.com is advertising on Microsoft that Juno
is offering a 5x speed of their normal service for 4.95
a month. This is on the homepage of msn.com. I am
a user of Juno.com as a secondary ISP for 10 dollars a month.

Juno offers only extremely expensive paid for technical help.

As such, I called Juno, and got someone who was instructed not to give her name or any identification, and asked to be possiblely transferred to the faster service as advertised on Microsoft for 4.95 a month. The ad on msn is very clear. It specifically states per month.

This is a bait and switch. This Juno representive indicated this is only for 10 hours of web service and thereafter this is a charge 1 dollar an hour. This is called by Juno a metered plan. This was not how it was represented on Msn.com home page.

I allege Mircosoft advertising is in on this, as Juno is a competing ISP, as such they are allow allowing this false advertising for suchers to say to Juno, I want this plan, without understanding metering.

Anyway if the sucker is not a sucker so much better for msn, as when they offer their own plan they will preceived as offering less money plan than Juno, for if the none sucker know how many hours they spend on the Web or in case such as myself sometime I nod off with the internet on, the fast 5x Juno, would if I did not extact what metering was from this woman cost me over 100 dollars a month.

Neat isn't this. And there is a good chance that if I was not a Juno customer, the rep at Juno would have indicated only 4.95 cents a month without any indication of the meter plan. Why do I say this? Juno has a called id so that they know exactly who is calling and if they are Juno customers. Rip off.
