Securetactics.com will not refund after 5 emails, still no response

I purchased this product and was not what I was told it was. I didn't download or use the product. Contacted the site 5 times for a refund. No response or attempt to resolve problem. Called number on bank staement. Got the run around and was unable to talk to a person in charge, only a recording.
