I purchased their software to monitor employee computers in our office, the software cost $69.99 i installed it, (Dec) and could not get it too work. The company responded once, with some garbage advice that didn't help, and that was after about a week from the original email which was sent too [email protected]. A few days later i sent an email too [email protected], too cancel the purchase and ask for my money back, never recieved a reply again from them. But the same day i sent the email too cancel, i recieved another charge of $59.70 on my card, again from secure tactics, i went too my bank, they told me they could not charge back,
without any way of physically proving that the product did not work, or that i was not using it. So i swallowed the $129.69. And wrote it off as a bad experience and went on with my life. 3 days ago (june 02) another charge of $59.70 showed up on my card from secure tactics, unbelieveable. Went too the bank yesterday and they told me the same story as before.
I cancelled my credit card yesterday, and urge anyone else that has gotten a charge on their card to do the same, because seems that securetactics will just keep trying too repeadedly send charges through at random. And the worst thing about it is that i can't even find out who processed the charges or get any money back, really unbelievable in this day and age that someone can get away with this sort of thing and just keep robbing people.
