I purchased on of their products on November 12. When I tried to install it, the program froze up my computer, so I figured I would try again. It still froze the computer.
So I went to their website to seek help. I sent them an e-mail, and they were prompt on getting back to me to try to help. Their first solution did not work. I told them and asked if I could get my money back since obviously, their product was not compatible with my email.
Alex, the guy who I am assuming is in charge of customer support, replied with, "We will of course give you a refund if you are unable to utilize SpyRecon so it performs as advertised. However I am confident we will be able to resolve any problem that you might have with the software."
So they sent me a link to re-download the product and start over. It still didn't work. Now every time I try and email them and ask for my refund, my e-mail is ignored. I have e-mailed and asked for a phone number that I could call and try to have my issue resolved.
I am not giving up until I get my refund. If anyone runs into these guys. Beware!
