I purchased a motorized tie rack from this site. The tie rack fell apart with the weight of half the ties advertised it could hold. It is held together by a few flimsy pieces of plastic that do not hold up well.
I then contacted the site about a refund, and placed this exact reivew, word for word, under the product's review page. Not only have they never contacted me about my refund (which is stipulated in their agreements) but they REMOVED MY REVIEW.
I retyped the review, word for word, and then mentioned that it had already once been removed by the site. Soon after they once again REMOVED the review.
I have now placed the review (item number 75850) a total of 5 times and they ahve removed it each time. Searching the site you will find that there ARE no bad reviews.
I repeat, do not purchase anything from this site! Nothing on this site can be trusted!
