On March 21st 2008 I ordered their product on the internet. Even though they promised unlimited support they would not answer my e mails. Six days passed when finally after I told them I wanted a refund. Alex then e mailed me and told me they had a non cancellation policy. I was never able to use their product and am still battling HSBC Bank formerly GM Mastercard Corp. I also purchased another product from them on the same day that was 9.95 per month payable semi annually for 59.70 which I was supposed to be able to cancel at anytime but when I tried to cancel The address they gave me was wrong. Secure Tactics did not have an address other than Texas I gave them my phone number requested that they call me. No response. All I could do was email them time and time again with no response. I am calling the Texas Better Business Bureau. The credit card people said that because Secure Tactics did not advertise when they would give me support that it was nort advertised 24 hour support there was nothing I could do. So I lost 143.00 dollars.
