After purchasing an HP desktop my statement showed a $25 charge for a warranty I did not ask for. Then when trying to get it refunded, I was sent through an endless series of being transferred & on hold. After over two hours of being transferred & speaking with every conceivable department within HP, I'd realized I'd even made the rounds and was talking to some of the same departments I'd already spoken to.
Each customer service rep had an excuse why they couldn't help me. Each one assured me that the next department was the correct one to speak with. Also, each one was very difficult to understand (Indian). This is by far the worst customer service I've ever seen and I was only trying to fix an issue that HP caused.
