Has bad business practices and NO customer service

I bought items on December 4th for my daughter's Christmas and had the same exact same experience as the first poster. False promises, fake USPS tracking numbers, promises it's on the way, and finally no answers to either emails or phone calls... Go merch now has a disconnected phone number.
