I pre-ordered three items (a traditional package, a retro package, and a t-shirt all related to Jack's Mannequin) on July 30th - the release of the related content was Septmber 30th. I received only one of the three items in October - the traditional package.
After contacting customer service, I was told the two items would be mailed the next day. I only received the t-shirt in the mail (in December), and that too was the wrong size. I have continued to call and email Go Merch, but have received no adequate response. I have contacted them around a dozen times. I still have not received the retro package or the correct t-shirt size.
The phone number has is an answering machine, but I never get called back. Also, the e-mails are never returned. Of the subtotal of $67.97, I have only gotten $29.99 worth of my order.
Even though they do merchandise for many of my favorite bands, after this experience I do not plan on ever oredering form them again.
