Promotes Fraudlent Buying, Fails To Protect Sellers (Jenny Lee) PayPal Fraud

The buyer Jenny Lee recently scammed a number of E-Bay sellers using PayPal, claiming products never arrived.

In my case, the buyer told me the product arrived, I discarded the tracking information, only to have the buyer later file a claim with PayPal. Despite having the e-mail, records of the gifts cards being used, and the exact same scam being pulled on at least four other e-bay members by the same buyer, PayPal denied my claim.

The kicker is, when I first spoke with them, I was told that if the buyer showed a trend of this behaviour, they would refund my money. I was able to track down at least four other people who were victims and PayPal basically told me tough.

Avoid using PayPal as a seller at all costs. They care nothing for sellers.

My only easy option to recoup my money, is to scam someone else in the same manner. I'm not willing to do that, yet. But should I change my mind, according to PayPal's agreement, there is no way to stop me.
