After 2 months dealing with Paypal on a claim from an ebay buyer who wanted refund for 2 items he purchased from me on ebay after the buyer had them for 47 days and damaged them. Paypal gave a refund to the buyer. It seems to me that as a buyer on ebay and pay by paypal you can file a claim with paypal and get a refund for any lenth of time and even if the buyer damages the item all you have to do is lie and you will get a refund.
Beware ebay sellers except Paypal payments you could be next.
Not to mention that the buyer wanted me to commit insurance fraud by insuring items for more than the ebay selling price. (I did not insure for more just the sold value)
