I sold a lense on ebay and the user paid through paypal. I sent the lense to the user, with a tracking number and details that confirm that the user received the lense. The next thing I know ebay contacts me to tell me that the user claims that someone used their account without permission (this was of course after the user received the lense). I send the tracking information and proof that the user received the lense. I have the buyer's name, address, contact number and paypal did absolutely nothing. Paypal is happy to charge sellers the fee and buyer's pay absolutely nothing. I am out of pocket 560 pounds plus I have no lense. The package has my return address and all it would take is for paypal to actually go there and knock on the door of the theif. Paypal charges but doesn't deliver!!! Don't sell through paypal you are not covered as a seller!!!
