Does NOT Pay Subcontractors! Does NOT Return Calls!

Back on August 7 our company completed a printer repair service call for a client of Prism Pointe Technologies. We arrived promptly at the client's site, and our technician received an excellent rating from the client. We signed and faxed all necessary paperwork as they requested.

The total amount we billed was $331. We have since then sent a total of 5 invoices and left countless voicemail messages. The last invoice we sent was by certified mail with receipt confirmation, so can't say they didn't receive it.

Doing some research on the company to see if anybody else has had the same problem, I came across this website and was able to get names of top-level people in Prism Pointe. So today, November 12, I spoke to Mitch Wright and he claims that it "will be taken care of today". We'll see.

If we don't see payment by Friday we are going to follow the advice of another post and file with the BBB. Also considering collections or small claims court. Will welcome any advice on how to collect payment from this company.

They need to realize that unpaid technicians will not deliver good customer service to their clients, which is going to hurt them in the long run. It will also hurt them that this site is coming up on Google right below their own website.

Highly advise any technicians contacted by prism pointe technologies: do not perform work for them. They do not pay!!
