I purchased a $5900 DTG printer through PayPal in November that was reported to be manufacturer-refurbished by the seller. When I received it, it was in terrible condition, obviously used and severely damaged by the shipper (FedEx) due to inadequate packaging on the sender's part. Unbelievably, PayPal refused my claim for a buyer guarantee because I paid with 2 separate credit cards! What difference does it make if I use 100 credit cards??? I still got ripped off. Please beware of PayPal, they claim they protect you but they definitely do NOT!
