I have tried to get tech to resolve this computer that you sent me for 6 mos. After Dozens of calls always the sameCOMPUTER if they cant fix the problen their solution ;is reboot. Wasn's aware that a computer existed that required a reboot no bootup everytime it was turned on. Had a problem from the time i took it out of the box 6mos later still the same. Every time i ask for customer relations are someone that can resolve this problem they tell me someone will call and get this problem resolve no one ever calls. So i assume that all the so call customer care is not true the oposite is. YOu should say instead of thanks for choosing dell (thanks for geting screwed by dell
