Aol Credit Alert
Rip-off consumer fraud usa

I too was charged 69.99 for something called credit alert. When I finally got ahold of someone at 1-888-289-6318, the rep. Was very unprofessional. Still trying to explain what this b.S. Service is and asking me questions and trying to make me feel stupid and laughing with others in the background.

He said it was a renual fee, I said I didnt have it in the first place and cancelled it last january during the free trial period.in that time I was supposed to recieve an info packet and other supposed free items for the free trial. Here I find out they charged me anyway last year and trying to get it again. Im not even a member of the crapy aol service. I go on line and I see that I am not the only one. I dont see how nothing has been done to them yet.
