I ordered a couple of Autosurf surf scripts. They were to be installed in the main root And that is what i did. The program would allow me to go to the login stage with the use of the Easy install that was included in the program.
When i did not hear from webtrafficpromotions.com I sent them another other letter explaining their scrits was NOT working. I tryed to install it in a sub Dir so there was not hundreds of open files in the main root.
That is where the hastle began. I get an email saying that they want my control panel login information. Which I provided but i also told them just to refund my money (19.98) I was told
Means your database information is not set up correctly or you do not have the correct permissions set on your vars.php file! This was when it was in the main root Dir.
He also told me
You did not purchase installation or hosting. I am offering FREE installation support
He could not access my control panel so he ask for my Ftp info and when i sent it to him here was his response when i told him that i was done with all the hasle and i want a COMPLETE refund. This was the forth time i made this request and he replied

As I mentioned to you I can not offer you a refund.
I have spent well over 3 hours assisting you with the installation on your server at no charge. (AND THE PROGRAM STILL DOES NOT WORK)
I told him that i wanted a COMPLETE refund. And now ever 5 minutes he send me a Email stating
As I mentioned to you I can not offer you a refund.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY You will be disappointed
I followed the INSTRUCTIONS to the letter the Script DID NOT WORK
HE offer to help and claim he spent three hours working on it and the SCRIPT STILL DOE NOT WORK
