I have dealt with this company for over a year now. At the beginning It was pretty good, however their support is useless. They now are pushing a Hosting company to look after the scripts. They make big money through the hosting company. Consequently, they are not interested in supporting the scripts when they fail. They absolutely refuse to believe that the script is the problem, has to be my fault. They told me that they will not help me as I did not use their recommended host company. (That claim they build 1,995.00 valued Wordpress websites). First and foremost, when I joined the Net Space program, they did not offer the Brain Host option. I have a re-sellers account with Hostgator, (Who have the finest support staff I have ever seen). I am not knocking Brain Host, I do not know them enough to comment on them. It is Net Spaces that are trying to push Brain host down my throat.
A year back I installed Net Spaces scripts no problem. However, now if you send a ticket in, you will wait 48 hrs (I waited 7 days, but to be fair it was over the Christmas and New years break). After 48 hours I get a question, I answer it and two day later I get another one. The questions are very very simple. I have a feeling that they do not want to deal with any problems, just want us to pay through the nose for the hosting company that, probably pay them back in a commission form and let the hosting company be there support team.
All I know is that I have sent them 8 tickets and have only got back an email with the same stuff that assumes that I do not know what I am doing, and should of gone through the their recommended hosting company.
I have never had a real reply addressing my concerns, just the same email saying the same thing over and over again.
Except for the last email, that stated that they cannot help me because I use Hostgator and not Brain Host.
That never ever came up when I purchased their program and it never came up when I upgraded.
All I have ever asked for is a review of my email that I sent them showing my step by step procedure on installing the scripts. It would have taken them maybe two minutes and maybe another 5 minutes replying stating what i am doing wrong. I have installed the scripts, quite a few times and never had any problems until the last 15 scripts, that have not been correct.
I can tell you right now their support is non existent. If you do not take them up on the Brain Host $500.00 extra charge for so called free hosting. You are stuck with installing the scripts yourself. Or pay the extra fees that are really a back end kick back. So if you want to install the script for another domain, you are out of luck as you will be where I am now, up the creek without a paddle.
Whatever, they are charging now plus the $500.00 extra to install your script is a quite a lot of money. Especially, because this was never mentioned to me at the time of purchase. I am now stuck with worthless scripts that do not not do what they say they do.
I see that they have a big fancy video out pushing their program. Beware, you are dealing with scripts that can go a little awry when you install them a few time and you will have no one to help you at all. Unless you want to keep on paying $500.00 extra every time.
