First problem. I ordered the server on a Wednesday evening (US Time) and come Monday evening I still had so server information. I had no way of contacting the admin other than MSN. On the website there is a MSN chat program but the admin is always shown as offline. I also added him to my MSN. His status almost always shows as offline even if he is around. So trying my luck is the only way to know if he'll answer. I paid through pay-pal and like I said on Monday I had no server and no contact so I did a charge back. Not more than 5 minutes after I submitted the charge back he come online on MSN but only as busy. He asked me to drop the charge back but I told him not until I got my server. He setup the server within 30 minutes or so and gave me the information. I asked if the IP and info would be in my website account and he said yes within 15 minutes. Nearly a month later I still have no kind of control panel (don't even know if they have one now). I dropped my charge back after the server was up and he gave me the root information on MSN.
About a week after I had my server it was shut off for no reason. Again he was offline on MSN and wouldn't answer me. Finally (while still appearing offline) he answered me and said that I failed to pay and shut me off. He 100% lied and I have no idea why. After talking on MSN for about 30 minutes I told him I was going to charge back if he didn't turn my server back on. He finally turned it back on. One of my root users made an error in SSH and still needs the server to be restarted. It been about 4 days since I asked for the reboot but he always stays offline and only answered me once asking what happened. I explained to him what happened but he still has not answered me back. I leave several messages with him daily but never get a response. I just wanted to let everyone know the horrible experience I am having with this company. I will never use them again and I urge you to tread lightly with them. Luckily for me I have all the MSN chat logs. If support matters to you at ALL this will not be a company for you.
