Faulty computer burns legs hp refuses to fix

I have an hp pavillion notebook. It has burnt my legs leaving a scar. It has malfunctioned badly been sent to hp twice with accompanying pictures of my legs. Not only did hp not fix it. Now that they have found the problem they want to charge me 315.88 to fix the pc. Even though it still at this date has 126 days of warranty left.
