Ordered virus information and it did not appear on my computer, so I called the number I was provided with and it took numerus attempts to get a live person would always get a voicemail that was full so you could not leave a message, so I requested refund via e-mail without a response, finally I was able to speak with someone to help me get the product downloaded and have had so many problems with my computer that I have had to completely restore it. I would just like my money back and I have requested twice via e-mail.
