This is a company that claims to sell online religious content such as books, music, speeches, and software to people of the LDS faith. I purchased some software with the option of either downloading or hard copy from the mail.initialy I ordered the downloadable version which uses a program called "LDS Media Download Manager" to manage your content from this site. The download manager failed to work on many multiple attempts.
The tech support site was absolutely non effective and the hot line (801-437-9660) just said to leave a message, but then states this mail box was full and not taking any messages. This continued for a couple of days before I just gave up and decided to order the software via mail and get a refund for the first purchase.
My next attempt to contact this company to refund the first purchase was through Product Sales: 1-888-537-2834 (toll free) On many, many, attempts I just got the same message. "All lines are busy, please leave a message and we will return your call. Next you are tranfered to the mail box which of course is full and unable to take any messages.
