Really pleased with Thompson Pipes and Hoc Mai-Customer Svc Supv.
5/8/08 I ordered cigars and a humidor, both items arrived within 5-7 days as promised. The pipes were great, the humidor was broken. I named Customer Svc and after being about the telephone for forty units obtained A - 30% discount. Unsatisfied using the humidor and discount, called back and requested for that boss. I had been attached to Hoc Mai who quickly directed me to come back the humidor and choose a brand new humidor. Nowadays I've the brand new humidor and all was solved in an amiable and business-like way.
