Numerous phone calls

I've been getting too many sometimes 5 phone calls a day from GE money. I want it to stop. It's only 9:00 am here in Calif. And I've already received two calls, one an 866 area code and one a 330 area code that shows

An eastern area when I looked it up in my phone book. They ask for me and my husband (who passed away two years ago) and it upsets me.
